I will never use another plumber ever after my experience with ASAP Plumbing. I had an emergency plumbing issue on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. My sump pump had overflown and there was water and sediment in my basement. Within an hour of calling ASAP Plumbing they had dispatched a plumber to my home. Not only was her able to quickly diagnose the problem and get the part ordered, but also the owner Keith Miller came out the next day to access the progress and make sure it was completed quickly. Keith also helped me work with the builder since our home was only five years old to make sure this was an isolated incident and explained what questions we needed to ask the builder. I would recommend ASAP Plumbing to anyone who needs a professional, reliable plumber

I recently found myself in the midst of a plumbing emergency in Parma, Ohio and I thumbed through the phonebook and randomly called ASAP Plumbing. I am so pleased with the level of service that I received! Shane was expedient, professional and thorough. He was also extraordinarily compassionate to my situation and he helped me to find the most effective and inexpensive solution for me. Shane went above and beyond, staying until after 9:00 p.m. to ensure that the job was not only completed, but that it was completed well. Of course, I hope that I will not need plumbing services again anytime soon…but I can assure you that if I ever do, I will be calling ASAP Plumbing and I will be requesting the services of Shane. I choose ASAP Plumbing, not because they were the cheapest, but because their estimator Shane showed a genuine concern about the problem at my house and seemed extremely knowledgeable. My gut said he’d do the best job. No surprises! Shane was on time, did a great job, and even talked to my neighbors about their problem. He is a very good listener and a real professional without putting any other company down and knows what he is talking about. I was very impressed and pleased. On September 16, my wife and I awoke to discover the sanitary sewer system failed causing sewage to back up in the floor drains flooding our finished basement. We called ASAP Plumbing. The crew was on site within the hour. They proceeded to scope the connection with remote television equipment; contacted and met with Medina County water crews to survey the main sewer line. It became clear the failure was with the house connection. ASAP Plumbing purged the line as best they could allowing us limited usage of the system until the line was properly replaced on September 21. We are very happy with the speed and efficiency with which ASAP Plumbing handled this situation. We would recommend ASAP Plumbing to anybody experiencing a similar situation.
